Absolutely! Not only have we installed state of the art air con (as well as heating), we also have our own resident cleaning company onsite, meaning you’ll benefit from a space that’s cleaned multiple times per day.

All our agreements are rolling 30 days, meaning you’re never tied down.
The space was constructed to be an ideal working environment. From acoustic rafts in the ceiling to the privacy booths, alongside formal and informal workspaces – every care has been taken to create a space that allows you to work at your best.
To begin with, we will open 8am − 8.30pm, Monday to Friday but this will increase to 24/7 in due course.

Yes, we have 4 private phone boots for extra privacy and also there are number of secluded areas in the informal working and breakout spaces.

No, we’re much more! Our Play offering will develop over time but will always include Yoga, Pilates, TRX & kettlebells as well as anything from art classes, to quiz nights.
